The Cobia

CobiaSize: The average cobia might range anywhere between 10 and 60 pounds. In rare cases, they may grow to over 130 pounds.

About: Cobia fishing is best in the winter months, but they may be caught year-round. Going also by the names of black kingfish, black salmon, ling, lemonfish, and crabeaters, Cobia are known for their excellent flavor.

 

The Dolphin

DolphinSize: Dolphin are common around 5 to 20 pounds.

About: To clear up any confusion, this "dolphin" is the fish, not the mammal. Dolphin fish also go by the names of Mahi and Dorado. Best in spring and Summer, the Dolphin may be caught year-round.
